A brief analysis of regulations on coping elderly cognitive impairment in Japan

[ Abstract ] Japan has become one of the world's most rapidly aging societies. For grasping the aging situation and various problems,  
particularly cognitive impairment, faced by the aging people, Japanese government deploys some measures to deal these issues. The regulations  
which mainly involve pension, employment, medical care, social participation of the elderly, some experience is worth to learn from.
